How your guests book
Your booking page has its own link. Put it on your website, in your Google Business Profile and on Instagram. Guests pick the day, time and party size and book around the clock, without an account.
After booking, they get a confirmation email with a calendar file. If a guest can’t make it after all, they cancel via the link in the email – and the table is free again.
The system assigns the tables
You set up your tables with their seats and group them into areas, such as dining room or terrace. Every reservation automatically gets the smallest table that fits, so the big ones stay free for big groups.
If no single table is big enough for a group, MealGuru pushes neighbouring tables in the same area together. No maths needed on your part.
You stay in control
Every new booking arrives by email and, if a receipt printer is connected, as a slip from the printer. On the reservation board you see all bookings, and you enter phone reservations there yourself.
You can block single tables for a set time, for example for your regulars’ table. For a private party or on holidays you block the whole evening or day for online bookings, and recurring blocks are set up once, for example every Thursday from 7 to 11 pm.
You also set the rules: how long a reservation lasts, the largest party that can book online, how much lead time you need and how many days in advance guests can book.
Your guests stay your guests
Your guests’ data stays with you. There is no marketplace where your restaurant is listed next to the competition.
If you want to take orders later – for pickup, delivery or via QR code at the table – you switch that on in the same account. A restaurant website is available free of charge if you want one.
