How an online order works
The guest opens your website or scans the QR code on a flyer, bag or shop window. They pick dishes with extras, enter a pickup time or delivery address and pay online or in cash on pickup and delivery.
Your tablet rings. The order is right there in black and white on the screen and, if you like, printed as a receipt. You tap Accept and choose the ready time, and the guest sees it instantly.
No tech skills needed
MealGuru runs in the browser on any tablet, phone or laptop. Nothing to install, your till stays. If you like, we set up your menu for free within 48 hours, and you get your own website that shows up on Google.

- Delivery zones as a radius or drawn freely, with minimum order value and fee. Plus the driver app for the phone.

- No driver around? For delivery orders an Uber Direct courier can be booked automatically to pick up at the ready time. Billing runs through your own Uber Direct account.
- Order at the table by QR code
- Put a QR code on the table, and guests order and pay from their phone. The order reaches the kitchen with the table number.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a till or special hardware?
No. A tablet or phone with a browser is enough. If you want printed receipts, use a receipt printer connected to the internet. You keep your till.
Can I still take orders by phone?
Yes. Your number stays, and you take calls just like before. Online is added as a second channel that keeps your line free.
How do my guests find out they can order online?
Through QR codes for bags, flyers, tables and shop windows that you print from MealGuru, and through your own website. One sentence on the phone helps too: online is quicker.
I'm not great with computers. Can I manage?
Yes. Setup guides you step by step, and we can take care of the menu for you. In daily use you just tap Accept.
